What days of the week do your tours run?
Our tours run 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm. The option to extend your tour time by adding in the option of a dinner and an after party are also available. Please see our packages for further information!

Where’s your pick up location?
We can arrange pickups from Frankston, Mornington and also from Melbourne CBD.

Can we drink on the bus?
Please Note: NOT all tours are able to drink on the moving buses, only specific tours with specific buses can be approved for drinking on the bus. This is due to liquor licensing laws in Victoria, Buses with BYO licenses will always be preferred by 100% Wine & Brew tours, but we can not guarantee availability until confirmed after deposit/booking is paid.

How do I organise a tour for my group?
Booking online is the easiest way for you to book your tour. Just click on the Book Now button to secure your day out.

Is there a minimum number of people I need for the tour to run?
Yes. The minimum amount of people you can book for your tour is four people.

Do I need to pay a deposit/bond for my tour when I book?
Yes. To secure your booking a deposit/bond of $250 must be paid when first booking your tour. Final payment must be made 2 weeks prior to your tour.

What do I need to wear?
Comfortable smart casual clothing is best. It’s best to be prepared for all sorts of weather on the day meaning that you should bring a hat and sunscreen and also something warm just in case. Closed toe, comfortable walking shoes are also advised.

What if one of the group members or myself are running late on the day?
If for some reason you are running late, please do let our hosts know. To be fair to our chosen venues of the day, we do have to begin our tour and leave for our destination right on the scheduled time and are unable to wait for anyone who is running late. We strongly encourage all group members to arrive at least 20 minutes prior the scheduled departure time.

What if I have any dietary requirements or allergies?
That’s not a problem at all! Just let us know prior to your tour and we can make arrangements so that you are catered for correctly.

What happens if the weather is bad the day of my tour?
No need to worry. Most of our day will be spent inside the venues that we visit. We can always adjust our schedule to keep your group out of the wet and cold!

What is included in the tour?
Your tour will include a host to manage your day, a two course lunch at one of the Mornington Peninsula’s award-winning wineries and visits to some of the best wineries or brewery’s in the Mornington Peninsula. Please see our Tour Packages for more information and choose what package suits you the best!

Will I get a refund if I have to cancel?
If something comes up and you need to cancel your tour with us, please inform us as soon as possible. Granted enough notice, we may be able to refund your payment. Please ensure you have read our refund policy prior to making your booking.

Can I purchase wine or beers from the wineries/breweries that we visit?
Of course you can! We encourage our groups to purchase what you like from the venues we visit. What a perfect thing to take away from a memorable day and enjoy at a later date!

What sort of vehicle will we tour in?
Our mode of transport on your tour will be on a bus. The size of your group will determine how big of a bus we will be using on the day. All buses are air conditioned or heated to make you comfortable no matter what the weather. The bus also comes with a skilled, professional and friendly bus driver that will get us where we need to go no problems.
